This summer the dancers of the FMBallet Summer Intensive will benefit from sessions with local Physical Therapist from Sanford Health -- Allegra Berglund. As a former dancer, she understands the needs and conditioning of a dancer. She will help our dancers with exercises stay healthy as a dancer.
Allegra Berglund
Allegra Berglund is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Resident at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. She trained and received her doctorate at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Allegra is a Fargo-native, Pilates certified, and has extensive experience as a former dancer and singer professionally in and around the NYC area. She was heavily involved with the Fargo-Moorhead arts community when she was in high school and is passionate about pouring into young performers.Â
